Be Michelle

“Be Michelle”, shot in 4k also with the help of DJI drones in the glacial landscapes of Greenland and the forest of Madonna di Campiglio (Dolomiti di Brenta), tells the story of Michelle, a dead girl murdered by her ex-boyfriend on an autumn night in New York city.

It was filmed with the aim of raising public awareness on the topic of gender violence, in particular on violence against women.

No prison or coercive sentence, no article of law will ever be able to deal with it.

Only by changing the culture of men (in the sense of the male sex) starting from school and family education will this social massacre find a definitive solution sooner or later.

Michelle is just one of the countless women of all ages and/or religions who every day in the world suffer violence of all kinds from partners, friends, ex-husbands or boyfriends, bosses to the point of losing their lives.

Let us pray together for the many Michelles.
